Srinagar, Aug. 1 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today called for a united resolve to eliminate every terrorist and terror outfit that threatens India's safety, security, and prosperity.
He was addressing officers attending the Higher Command Course-54 of the Army War College, Mhow, during an interaction at Raj Bhawan, where contemporary geo-political, geo-strategic issues, besides counter-terrorism strategy and whole-of-government approach to dismantle terror ecosystem were discussed.
