Mumbai, Sept. 1 -- The Maratha reservation protest in Mumbai entered its fourth day today with activist Manoj Jarange Patil declaring that he will not retreat without a concrete decision on quota.
"We are not fighting for ourselves but for the next generation. Either a victory march for Maratha reservation will begin from Mumbai, or it will be our funeral procession," he warned.
Police have extended permission for the protest by one more day, but Jarange Patil reiterated that his agitation would continue until the government takes a decision on reservation.
