Wayanad, April 20 -- Ahead of the Lok Sabha poll,Wayanad District Congress Committee (DCC) general secretary P M Sudhakaran resigned from the party and later joined the BJP at a function held at the BJP election committee office in Kalpetta on Saturday.
Addressing media persons, Sudhakaran said "incumbent Wayanad MP Rahul Gandhi is not even accessible for him though being a leader of the Congress party and asked how can be accessible to the common man of Wayanad".
He also said "I am joining the BJP as an admirer of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and inspired about the policies of the BJP led NDA government.
