Bengaluru, Nov. 15 -- Suspended JD(S) leader Prajwal Revanna told the Karnataka High Court that his conviction in a rape case was the result of a media-driven narrative and not supported by solid evidence. His senior counsel Sidharth Luthra argued that the trial court had erred both in appreciation of evidence and in awarding the maximum sentence without a meaningful hearing.
