Chandigarh, Nov. 19 -- Punjab Congress president Amarinder Singh Raja Warring sharply criticized the Aam Aadmi Party government, accusing it of losing control over law and order as targeted killings continue to rattle the state. He said criminals and gangsters were operating freely while the administration had "abdicated its authority."Warring remarked that while the ruling party was "counting its days in office," the people of Punjab were "counting the dead." He pointed to two back-to-back incidents in Ferozepur and Amritsar, where a trader's son and another businessman were gunned down, allegedly over ransom demands.
