Chandigarh, Oct. 28 -- Punjab Congress president Amarinder Singh Raja Warring launched a sharp attack on the ruling Aam Aadmi Party, accusing it of deceiving the people with false promises and unfulfilled commitments.
Addressing a public meeting in Tarn Taran in support of Congress candidate Karanbir Singh Burj for the by-election, Warring urged voters to confront AAP leaders over their failures before casting their votes.
He said that the ruling party has been in power for nearly four years and can no longer hide behind excuses. "Punjab has never witnessed such a deceitful government run by habitual liars," he remarked, adding the AAP leadership has turned dishonesty into a political habit.
