Waqf Board committed to continuous shrine development across J&K: Andrabi

Srinagar, Jan. 5 -- Chairperson of the J&K Waqf Board, Darakhshan Andrabi, on Monday said the Board remains firmly committed to its resolve of ensuring the continuous development of all shrines under its jurisdiction across Jammu and Kashmir.

She said this after visiting Aasar-e-Shareef Kabamarg in Anantnag where she paid obeisance at the revered shrine.

During the visit, Andrabi inaugurated the newly constructed Administrative Block, the Ornamental Aluminum Composite Panel (OACP) Dome of the Ziyarat, and upgradation works of the Grand Masjid, in the presence of Waqf Board officers, engineers, and local residents, a statement by the Board said.
