Pune, Oct. 12 -- Vrushavardhan, a trust focused on cow-based products, will soon launch a large-scale awareness campaign across India to promote indigenous products and empower cattle-rearing farmers, head Dharmendra Khandre announced today in Maharashtra's Pune district.

Khandre stressed that there is a pressing need to boost the production and marketing of cow-based products to promote a healthy lifestyle and empower farmers. The announcement followed a three-day exhibition showcasing a variety of products made from indigenous cow milk and dung, which was organised by Vrushavardhan in Pune.
