Visakhapatnam, Sept. 18 -- Dr. M. Angamuthu, Chairperson, Visakhapatnam Port Authority (VPA), today laid Foundation Stone for 100 Feet High Mast National Flag and inaugurated the Marine Park at Convent Junction with a cost of Rs 2.7 crores, showcasing VPA's commitment in development and beautification of Vizag Port as well as Vizag city.
As a part of the venture, VPA in coordination with the Vizag City Administration is undertaking various works such as developing roads, pavements, medians at major junctions, improving greenery and arranging lighting strips to enhance the night-time ambience of the Port area.
