Patna, Aug. 18 -- Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) [CPI(ML)] General Secretary Dipankar Bhattacharya today said that the ongoing opposition's Voter Rights Yatra led by the Congress leader Rahul Gandhi was fast transforming into a mass movement, reflecting the growing anger of the people against electoral irregularities in Bihar.

Bhattacharya, representing his party in the yatra alleged that the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process of electoral rolls was being misused to disenfranchise legitimate voters.
