Hyderabad, Sept. 13 -- ICFAI Deemed-to-be University Chancellor and former RBI Governor Dr C Rangarajan today said "The vision of Viksit Bharat is not just a statistical goal - it has to be a transformative journey that requires the collective efforts of society."Dr Rangarajan said several dynamic factors impact achieving the goal of Viksit Bharat, including increase in investment rate, new technologies, focusing on labor intensive sectors, and expanding social infrastructure.
