Ranchi, Nov. 26 -- Excitement surrounding the first One-Day International (ODI) between India and South Africa, scheduled for November 30 at the JSCA International Cricket Stadium, Ranchi, reached a new peak on Wednesday as Indian cricket star Virat Kohli arrived in the city.
Kohli landed at Birsa Munda Airport early in the morning, where a large crowd of fans had gathered, eager to catch a glimpse of their favorite cricketer. Fans flooded the arrival area, chanting his name and attempting to capture photos and videos. Due to tight security, Kohli was swiftly escorted out of the airport and taken directly to Hotel Radisson Blu, without any public interaction.
