Bareilly, Oct. 5 -- Following violent clashes on September 26, police have announced a reward of Rs 15,000 each on seven key accused individuals linked to the Ittehad-e-Millat Council (IMC). Those named include IMC Youth Wing President Altmash Raza, Sajish Saklaini, Afzal Baig, history-sheeters Naib and Bablu Khan, along with Nadeem and Adnan. All are wanted in multiple police stations across the city.

Authorities confirmed that these individuals were actively involved in orchestrating and participating in the violence that erupted in the Kotwali, Premnagar, and Baradari areas. The unrest followed the controversial appearance of "I Love Mohammad" posters in Kanpur and was allegedly incited by IMC president Maulana Tauqeer Raza.
