Hyderabad, Dec. 9 -- Vietnam's Vingroup has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Telangana for a proposed investment of USD 3 billion to develop a wide-ranging multi-sector ecosystem in the state.
The agreement was formalized during the Telangana Rising Global Summit here on Tuesday in the presence of Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy and Industries Minsiter D Sridhar Babu, marking one of the largest Vietnamese investments in India to date.
Under the MoU, Vingroup and Telangana will collaborate across sectors including smart urban development, electric mobility, healthcare, education, tourism, renewable energy, and charging infrastructure across around 2,500 hectares in the state.
