Shimla, Nov. 29 -- The organisational transition within the Himachal Pradesh Congress is set to formally culminate on Sunday, as newly appointed State Congress Committee President Vinay Kumar would assume office tomorrow, November 30, 2025, at 12 noon at the State Congress Headquarters, Rajiv Bhawan, Shimla.
The information was shared through a press release issued by the Secretary of the State Congress Committee.
