Vijayawada, March 6 -- As the world commemorates International Women's Day on March 8th, the HELP and VIMUKTHI demanded justice for the sex workers in the state.
VIMUKTHI president Nandeti Apurwa here on Thursday said that in a country where women already struggle for basic dignity and respect, female sex workers face even greater obstacles.
"Seen as a challenge to societal norms, they are pushed to the margins and often denied recognition.
