Hyderabad, July 26 -- On the occasion of Vijay Kargil Diwas, Telangana Chief Minister of Telangana, Revanth Reddy met and felicitated Col Joy Dasgupta of the 18 Grenadiers, one of Hyderabad's Kargil war heroes, here today evening.
