Chennai, March 29 -- Actor-politician and Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) Founder Vijay on Sunday released his party's manifesto for the April 23 Tamil Nadu Assembly polls, which was packed with people-centric measures, promising a drug-free state, besides unveiling a 10-point youth blueprint terming as his and TVK's guarantee.
Releasing the manifesto, whic was devoid of and announcing the list of his party's candidates for all the 234 Assembly seats proving wrong doubting Thomases that he could not even find candidates for all the seats and that the fledgling party was struggling in this respect, Vijay said this 10-point agenda for youth was his guarantee to transform opportunities for young people, if his party was voted to power.
