Hanoi, Dec. 26 -- Vietnam will implement a scoring-based evaluation system for civil servants starting in 2026, under a newly issued decree, local newspaper Tuoi Tre reported on Friday.

According to the report, Vietnamese civil servants will be assessed on a 100-point scale, including 30 points for general criteria, such as adherence to Party guidelines, administrative discipline and workplace conduct, and the remaining 70 points for fulfilling assigned duties.
