Hanoi, Dec. 23 -- The 15th session of the 13th Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee concluded here on Tuesday morning, Vietnam News Agency reported.
The committee adopted the report on the Party's personnel matters for submission to the 14th National Party Congress.
