Solan, Nov. 25 -- On the final day of the amateur snooker tournament held at the Solnite Snooker Academy, Vicky defeated Dharmendra Dadwal to claim the trophy.
The final match was played on Sunday night.
In a thrilling best-of-seven frame final, Vicky displayed a superb performance and won a cash prize of Rs 10,000 and a trophy, while Dharmendra Dadwal was honoured with a cash prize of Rs 4,000.
District Solan Journalists' Association President Puneet Verma and Solan Distillery Owner Abhijoy Ghosh attended the final match and prize distribution ceremony as chief guests, while District Solan Journalists' Association General Secretary Ashwani Sharma was the special guest, and Himachal Dastak's Ved Arya was the guest of honour.
