Prayagraj, Feb. 1 -- Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar took a holy dip at Triveni Sangam as part of Maha Kumbh here on Saturday.
He described the experience as a 'life-blessing moment'.
Accompanied by his wife and family, the Vice President arrived in Prayagraj by helicopter, where he was warmly welcomed by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who honoured him with an Angavastram at the helipad.
From there, Dhankhar proceeded to Arail Sangam Ghat, where he boarded a cruise and enjoyed a boat ride before reaching the marked spot at the Triveni Sangam for the sacred bath.
Amidst the chanting of Swasti Vachan, he immersed himself in the holy waters, carrying a Shivling on his head as a symbol of devotion. The religious rituals were...
