Chennai, Dec. 28 -- Vice President C P Radhakrishnan will be arriving tomorrow ona two day visit to Puducherry and Tamil Nadu.
Upon his arrival, he will deliver the 30th Convocation address at Pondicherry Universitytomorrow afternoon.
On December 30, he would take part in the valedictory of Kashi Tamil Sangamam 4.0at Rameswaram, in which Mr Radhakrishnan would be the chief guest at AalayamGrounds, TTDC.
