Chennai, Dec. 30 -- As part of his last leg of his 2-day visit, Vice-President C. P. Radhakrishnan, arrived in Tamil Nadu today to participate as the Chief Guest at the Valedictory Function of Kashi Tamil Sangamam 4.0 in Rameswaram in Ramanathapuram district.
He was received at Madurai Airport by the Governor of Tamil Nadu R. N. Ravi; Minister for Commercial Taxes and RegistrationP. Moorthy; and other dignitaries.
Apart from the Governor, union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, union Minister of State for Information & Broadcastingand Parliamentary Affairs Dr. L. Muruganand Prof. V. Kamakoti, Director, IIT Madras, took part in the valedictory event this evening.
