New Delhi, Oct. 19 -- Vice-President of India C P Radhakrishnan and Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla have extended warm greetings to the nation on the auspicious occasion of Diwali, the festival of lights.
Radhakrishnan, who is also the Chairman of the Rajya Sabha, and Birla conveyed their heartfelt wishes today, emphasising the significance of the festival and its values.
