New Delhi, May 23 -- In a significant step towards environmental sustainability and academic engagement, students from the Life Sciences Department of Sri Venkateswara College, University of Delhi, have undertaken a collaborative research initiative to study environmental pollution, focusing on the severely degraded Bhalswa Lake in Delhi.
The project, conducted in association with the University School of Environment Management, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, was mentored by Dr. Shweta Sharma from the Department of Botany. The research explored pollution across air, water, soil, and biological domains.
