Hyderabad, Aug. 26 -- Telangana Roads, Buildings and Cinematography Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy directed officials to prepare final Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) proposals district-wise, giving top priority to backward districts neglected by the previous government.
Chairing a four-hour review meeting at the Erramanzil R&B office yesterday, the minister emphasised that priority will be given to roads with heavy traffic, with proposals focusing on stretches over 10 km to improve corridor connectivity and boost socio-economic activity in rural areas.
