New Delhi, Jan. 31 -- Mining major Vedanta Limited on Friday reported 70 percent jump in Profit after tax (before exceptional) at Rs 4,876 crore YoY during the third quarter (October-December) of current financial year, versus Rs 2,868 crore in the same quarter of last financial year.
The total revenues from operations grew 10 percent at Rs 38,526 crore during the reporting quarter as against Rs 34,968 crore achieved in the corresponding quarter of last fiscal, the company said in a regulatory filing with the stock exchanges.
