Varanasi, Oct. 28 -- On Dev Deepawali, when the entire Kashi is illuminated with millions of lamps, the city is set to showcase a vibrant glimpse of "Mini India." This year, the festival, scheduled for November 5, will embody the spirit of "One India, Best India" by reflecting the nation's cultural diversity through unique regional traditions displayed across the ghats.

Each ghat will highlight a different custom, transforming the banks of the Ganga into a confluence of traditions. This includes Marathi traditions, South Indian customs, lamp decorations by Maithil Brahmins, and Gujarati rangoli and thaali decorations.
