Bengaluru, Aug. 10 -- Union Railway Ashwini Vaishnaw today hailed Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 11-year tenure as the driver of India's transformation from a fragile economy to a global bright spot, citing breakthroughs in electronics manufacturing, artificial intelligence, semiconductor production and railways modernisation.
