New Delhi, Jan. 7 -- Businessman Robert Vadra on Wednesday strongly condemned the continuing atrocities against Hindus in Bangladesh, saying that "political instability or governmental failures" can never justify violence or persecution of a community.

"Whatever political instability, governmental failures, or shifts in ideology may be unfolding there, they can never justify violence or persecution of a community," he said.

Expressing concern over the deteriorating situation, Vadra said such acts are "completely unacceptable" and stressed that no Indian, and "especially no Hindu," should be made to suffer the consequences of another country's internal turmoil.
