Dehradun, Sept. 21 -- A man in Uttarakhand alleged that he was tortured, made to drink urine and spat-outwater, lick cops' boots for the complaint he had lodged in the office of Tehri district senior superintendent of police (SSP).
A probe was ordered in the matter as the youth's video went viral and police said cases were also slapped against the victim.
After serving four months in jail, a youth Named Keshav Thalwal from Lambgaon village in Tehri District of Uttarakhand released his video statement in social media on Friday alleging he was tortured and forced to drink his own urine and lick boots of the Tehri policemen.
