Dehradun, Jan. 12 -- A farmer from Kashipur, frustrated over alleged police inaction after a village gang defrauded him of Rs 4 crore, has allegedly attempted to kill his wife and son before committing suicide by shooting himself dead with his gun in a Nainital hotel.
A video of him before taking extreme step went viral on social media in which he named 26 individuals and senior police officials, prompting Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami to order an inquiry into entire episode.
