Lucknow, Feb. 9 -- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said on Monday that the government had given a new dimension to the state's economy and has changed its image, as it was long considered a 'BIMARU' state.

Speaking to reporters before the start of the budget session, he said that in accordance with parliamentary traditions, the budget session will begin with the Governor's address, followed by a discussion on the general budget in the House.
