Lucknow, March 5 -- The Uttar Pradesh Health Department has urged parents to remain vigilant as changing weather conditions are increasingly affecting children's health.
Officials warned that seasonal carelessness, unhealthy eating habits, and poor hygiene practices are contributing to a rise in cases of diarrhea and pneumonia among young children across the state.
The department has appealed to parents and guardians to seek immediate medical consultation at the nearest government health facility if children exhibit symptoms related to these illnesses, emphasizing that timely treatment can prevent serious complications.
