Thiruvananthapuram, Nov. 20 -- UST, a leading AI and digital transformation solutions company, has launched a six-month programme to provide nutritious food kits to tuberculosis (TB) patients in Thiruvananthapuram and Ernakulam districts under the NiKshay Mitra initiative of the TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan.

As part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts, UST has begun distributing the kits to support TB patients registered under the National Tuberculosis Elimination Programme (NTEP).

The initiative aligns with the government's mission to make India tuberculosis-free by 2025, which emphasises community participation through NiKshay Mitra.
