Los Angeles, Dec. 12 -- The United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC) on Thursday announced that entertainment icon and sports enthusiast Snoop Dogg has been appointed Team USA's first-ever Honorary Coach, a volunteer role created to support and celebrate American athletes away from competition.
In his new position, "Coach Snoop" will join the Team Behind the Team, the network of coaches, staff, medical personnel, administrators, and partners who guide U.S. athletes on their Olympic and Paralympic journeys. He will contribute motivational support, mentorship, and his trademark humour as Team USA prepares for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026.
