Geneva, Nov. 24 -- The US and Ukraine have managed to reach an agreement over most of the proposals of Washington's 28-point peace plan, following talks between the two sides in Geneva on Nov 23, reports RBC-Ukraine.
The agreement over the peace plan marks a milestone moment in negotiating a ceasefire, and potentially ending the nearly four-year-long war.
Negotiators reportedly aligned on several core elements, including the future size of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, mechanisms for prisoner exchanges and arrangements concerning the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant.
