Washington, Feb. 19 -- US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent expressed the opinion that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will agree to sign an agreement with the United States on access to Ukrainian natural resources in exchange for assistance.

The agreement will be long-term and will benefit both parties, Bessent told the Fox News broadcaster on Tuesday, adding that the deal will also help strengthen Ukraine's security.
