Washington, Jan. 7 -- The United States on Wednesday seized a Russian-flagged oil tanker, linked to Venezuela, in the Atlantic following a dramatic chase on the high seas. The US announced the seizure of another sanctioned tanker, which it said was "conducting illicit activities in the Caribbean Sea."The US launched an operation to seize the Marinera oil tanker -- formerly known as the Bella-1 -- which has been linked to Venezuela.
