Washington, Dec. 21 -- US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has said that the Trump administration will have to clarify the mandate of the proposed International Stabilisation Force for post-war Gaza's security, before the task force can be expected to secure troop commitments from participating countries, acknowledging growing difficulties in securing contributors.

Speaking at a press conference here on Friday, Rubio said prospective participants want clarity on both the mission and how it will be funded.
