Washington, Nov. 13 -- The US House of Representatives is scheduled to table a vote today on the bipartisan funding package bill, which is aimed at ending the longest federal government shutdown in US history, now stretching into its 42nd day.

The measure is widely expected to pass and will then move to President Donald Trump's desk, with the president confirming he will sign it into law.
