Geneva, Nov. 24 -- The United States and Ukraine have made significant progress in negotiations over a US-proposed peace plan aimed at ending the Russia-Ukraine war.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio described the talks as achieving a "tremendous amount of progress," while emphasizing that critical issues remain to be resolved before a final agreement can be reached.
