Washington, March 17 -- American business is ready to return to Russia but is biding its time until the conditions are right, Boris Titov, a Russian presidential envoy for relations with international organizations for the achievement of sustainable development goals, said on Monday.
"The West does not succumb [to the idea of returning to Russia] in any way, of course, but we are open for any kind of cooperation. We hope that our ties with the United States will also start developing. At least, I have been to New York and I have met with US business. They said they would return," Titov told journalists.
The Russian official did not specify which US companies he had in mind.
