Chennai, Oct. 31 -- US Auto major Ford today signed a MoU with the GuidanceBureau and Investment Promotion to manufacture next gen engine at its facility atMaraimalainagar near here involving an invesment of Rs 3,250 crore.
The investment, signed in the presence of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin andDeputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin at the State Secretariat, would offer jobs to600 people, an official release said.
Ford returns to Tamil Nadu with full throttle, Mr Stalin declared after the MoU signingevent by the top company officials and the state government.
