Washington, April 26 -- Investigators are currently reviewing the writings of the suspect behind the shooting at the White House Correspondents' Dinner, trying to piece the motive behind the attack, three federal law enforcement officials told CBS News. The materials were written on paper and were found in the hotel, the officials said.

Federal officials said handwritten materials recovered from the hotel are now under close review.
