Anchorage, Aug. 16 -- The US and Russian delegations probably discussed major points before the summit that could help them to complete talks earlier than expected, former Lieutenant-Governor of Alaska Loren Leman told RIA Novosti.

"That is an indicator that a lot of these points were probably talked through earlier. They were not surprising each other by raising points," Leman said.

He suggested that the two teams could already have discussed some topics and agreed or not agreed upon them.
