Lucknow, Aug. 20 -- Experts today agreed that there is an urgent need to curb the increasing efforts of neighboring countries like China and Pakistan to break into India's cyber security, and that India needs to rapidly develop secure digital infrastructure to counter such offensive strategy.
Describing the cyber kill chain, the most important link of cyber crime, as Raktbeej, they said that it can be broken only through global efforts.
