Ranchi, March 11 -- The Jharkhand Assembly witnessed uproar on Wednesday during Question Hour after BJP members raised the issue of restrictions on DJs during Ram Navami processions in Hazaribagh.

Raising the matter, BJP MLA Naveen Jaiswal alleged that Hindu festivals were being targeted and said DJs were not being allowed during the Mangla procession in Hazaribagh. He claimed that devotees were being harassed and threatened.

Opposition members then trooped into the well of the House and raised slogans against the government, leading to brief disruption of proceedings before the Speaker restored order.
