Kangra, Jan. 29 -- The Brahmin Kalyan Sabha, Rajput Kalyan Sabha and several other upper-caste organizations of the Kangra Assembly constituency on Thursday protested against the UGC law proposed by the Central Government and submitted a memorandum to BJP National Executive Council member and local MLA Pawan Kajal.
